Return address that shows on packing slip-how to change
My seller account name is "Apex Motorsport collectibles". However I have noticed that when I print a packing slip to place in a package I am ready to ship it list from: Real 1st and last name, and my home address. This day and age Im not real comfortable about that. Is there a way to make it simply say From: Apex Motorsport Collectibles and my address?

·6 months agoFrom seller hub @apex_motorsport_collectables , you can select "print packing slip and more" from the order actions, and on that pop-up there are customize options where you can elect to hide your ship from address.

·6 months agoWell, I’ve seen some sellers posts here that would make me concerned if they had my address. But such is the nature of online trade.

OP6 months agoWell, I would just prefer to use my seller account name "Apex Motorsport Collectables" rather than my real name. Dont care about the address. When you order something from Best buy it doesnt come with the managers name on it does it?

·6 months agoeBay will not magically change your ship from address to use your eBay account name.
You need to edit your Ship From Address.
Account Settings > Personal Info > Addresses > Ship From Address

(In my case, I use a mail service (UPS Store) for all returns and business mail)

·6 months agoIs your address a commercial or residential? If it's residential then I would suggest keeping it the same with your real name due to carrier issues. Your name and address are secure and not provided to the public through Ebay. It is only provided to the person you are dealing with. Personally I see nothing to worry about.
