restriction selling privileges in account
Dear eBay members.
I am seller from Ukraine.
Four days ago eBay without warning and without any reason restriction my selling privileges in account with result: " identity verification required" and not provide any instructions or links for upload documents.
Why eBay not allow upload this documents and submit appeal.
eBay inform: "I am must submit appeal within 30 days from the date of restriction placed on account to eBay Customer Service team to restore your selling privileges by providing a valid proof of identity and and proof of address".
But eBay not provide any instructions or link for resolved this problem!!!
Contacting to Customer support not have any result yet.
They written: "you will receive reply with upload form from within 24-48 business hours", then 48-72 hours, then - 7 days !!
I am deprived of the right to file an appeal and upload the necessary documents !!!
Why?
What can I do?
How can I resolve this problem and comply with the requirements if I am unable to upload documents?
Where submit appeals?
Link for submit appeal not provide and it it cannot search on eBay help.
Where upload documents?
Not any link for upload document!
Please, help me for resolved this situation, because my account was restricted unfair and without any reason!

·2 years agoMaybe it's not you but because of wartime restrictions. How do you propose to ship from Ukraine? Is mail coming in and going out as before the war?
