"Restricted" art print in my store - but lots of porn sent to me as suggestions! | Selling

eBay persistently blocks one of my listings - a tame little print of a woman with hens 257079791643 and labeling it "adult only. Verification required" because of stylized breasts in line drawing - while at the same time populating the "suggestions" they offer me with photos of naked women (detailed enough to see their waxing patterns and nipple variation) and naked women with other naked women. I've tried turning off suggestions - to no avail. Who makes these decisions????
