restricted account

Hi,

My account has been restricted. I have provided my personal data, but they restricted my account.

As it turned out, the problem was a misunderstanding about my name. Szucsy - Szücsy .. only two a little dot in my name. I have asked Ebay to restore my account.. they said, everything is okay now, but they need 2 days...it was more than 30 days ago.

I received many promises since they first promise , "please wait 2 days, and please wait more 2 days ...and more two days, and again again..

but failed - failed - failed ... what happening? What should I do?

The number of letters and symbols on the internet increased to 144,697 recently.
The United States uses the English language with 26 letters and 10 numbers.
That is what is searchable and what computers can make comparisons with.

The spelling of your name has to match in these 3 places.
1) The name you type into eBay.
2) The name displayed on your driver's license.
3) The name displayed on your bank statement.

You need to add or delete the Umlaut vowel so that all three either have it or else do not have it.

I am not saying that is fair. Unfortunately, that is the way it is.

Have you contacted someone from the Facebook help center? I herd that they are usually good in handling these kinds of things. Also try the eBay UK site. They too are turns out to be a little polite and quick.
