In the email that you received from Ebay regarding this, would have been instruction or a link to where you needed to upload the information they wanted to collect.

This info will likely help you.

Please review the below link carefully. It contains very important information as to how Ebay needs to see the information you provide them on your account. It is likely easier to change your Ebay account to match your bank account if you find there to be a difference.

There have been many posts with the same message from users registered in Pakistan recently. You need to follow the steps provided by eBay, if there were any, not post here. If they said the restriction was permanent, then it is permanent.

Yes and uncannily alike, like from a sceipt. I knew it was from a Pakistan seller before I even clicked to see.
