Request to List Items with Overseas Item Location – Dropshipping from Pakistan
Dear eBay Appeals Team,
My name is Shazia, and I am an eBay seller based in Pakistan. I would like to request approval to list products that are fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers located in countries such as the United States, China, and the United Kingdom.
I fully understand and respect eBay’s item location policy. My intention is to ensure transparency by always stating the correct item location and accurate shipping times in every listing. I plan to source products from reliable suppliers like Amazon, AliExpress, and CJ Dropshipping, who ship directly to customers.
I am committed to delivering excellent customer service, fast communication, and tracking information for every order. I aim to build a long-term and trustworthy business on eBay.
Here are my account details for your review:
-
Full Name: Shazia
-
Country: Pakistan
Please let me know if you need any additional documentation or information to process this request. I look forward to your approval and appreciate your time and consideration.
Best regards,
Shazia

·1 year agoDoing that, you won't be here long.
You can't dropship from other retail sites.

·1 year agoI respect people wanting to get started in etailing, but it's not as if the world does not already have too much of this stuff from these 'trusted partners'. I don't see this turning much of a profit.

·1 year agoAre there weekend sales seminars going on in Pakistan, and elsewhere, charging people money to learn how to make it on eBay? If so, the only thing being accomplished is you giving up your money while getting smoked

·1 year agoYou will probably not be approved, even if you could find the proper place to apply.
You will not survive if approved.
Someone has provided you with advice which cannot succeed. Hopefully, you did not pay for this advice.

FWIW, if you are planning to put up items for sale on eBay, and then purchase them from Amazon, Ali Express, etc. and have them sent to your buyer, your selling on eBay is likely to be terminated. That behavior is not allowed.
If you plan to send PRODUCTS YOU ALREADY OWN to Amazon or other fulfillment warehouse that is different and is allowed. Please read this for requirements and understanding of these rules:
https://export.ebay.com/sea-en/policies/warehouse-service-standard/
If you have contract agreements with drop shippers you may do that as well. Your items will be the same as thousands of others with the same photos and typically not attractive to buyers. If the drop shipper's items were so wonderful, they would (and often do anyway as your competitor) sell them themselves, and would not need you. Be advised, however, existing marketplaces are NOT dropshippers. AliExpress is not a dropshipper. If you purchased the items from there, had them shipped to you, you could sell them without issue for you would have the appropriate "receipts" for your product when eBay requires them to show you already own the products you are selling.

·1 year ago@ittybitnot ,
Thanks! I was reading through to see if anyone was going to address the dropshipping problem.

·1 year agoYou have apparently misunderstood the makeup of this Board. You're not addressing the Appeals Team.
Posters here are actually fellow buyers and sellers who volunteer their time here to help others when they can. As such, they cannot grant approval (or not) to list items from international locations.

·1 year agoIf you want to make money find a local item that is unique that people want. Drop shipping cheap consumer goods competes with thousands upon thousands of other listers doing the same. The only one who takes it to the bank is the wholesaler.
when i order Amazon products, I prefer that they come directly from Amazon and not another eBay reseller middle man with his fingers in the pie

·1 year ago@shaz.pk2 This is NOT eBay or an appeal team.
This is buyers and sellers.
Please remove your personal information from your public post.
FYI - most sellers who dont own their product and dropship stuff dont last long.
You really need to do some research.
