Request Revision link missing
I have a negative feedback that the buyer made by mistake (meant for a different item) but there is no 'request revision' link on my feedback page. I've seen there are multiple people with the same problem in the past, is there a solution? I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge in private mode and it makes no difference.

·2 weeks agoThat is interesting. IDK that I've ever seen a revision link on my Feedback page for a feedback someone left for me. Doesn't mean one was never there, just means I've never seen it.
Sellers have to formally request a revision of feedback. It is never a good idea to surprise a buyer with this request as it has a self life and can't be sent again. As well as the email comes from Ebay not the seller, so the buyer needs to know this.
