Request for Review of Account Restriction – Sensiblefox
Hello eBay Community,
I am the owner of the eBay store Sensiblefox. Recently, my account was temporarily restricted under the Counterfeit Item Policy after a user report regarding some listings. I want to clarify that all items in my store are genuine products, factory-sealed, and listed with complete transparency. I have always operated my business in full compliance with eBay’s policies and have maintained a 100% positive feedback rating with over 450 feedbacks.
The restriction appears to have resulted from a misunderstanding or automated review, as there was no prior warning before the suspension. This situation has impacted my ability to continue providing products to eBay customers, despite my long-standing history of reliable and trustworthy selling practices.
I am fully committed to complying with all eBay policies. I take transparency seriously and aim to maintain the highest standards of service and trust with the eBay community.
I respectfully request that eBay moderators or the community provide guidance and consider reviewing my account restriction again. My goal is to continue operating ethically on the platform, offering authentic products while ensuring all future listings meet eBay standards.

·10 months agoWhen you post in this community, you are not addressing eBay or it’s employees, the folks in here are eBay buyers and sellers.
Moderators also don’t have access to eBay accounts since they work for Khoros, not eBay.
That being said we have no access to your account nor the ability to review or change the outcome of your restriction.

·10 months agoEbay representatives aren't here. Moderators just moderate this community. You are talking with your peers who have knowledge of your situation and help you through it. Whatever listing you got removed for being counterfeit do not list it again. You will just lead yourself to being banned. You can say you are compliant all you want that will not change Ebay's decision.
