Hello eBay Community and Moderators,I am reaching out in the hope that an eBay moderator can review my situation or advise whether my case can be escalated for another manual review by the Trust & Safety team.My eBay account, healthy_living_shop, registered in the United States under my business HIDDENSTUFF ENTERTAINMENT, was permanently restricted from selling after going through an MC011 account review. I completely understand that eBay has a responsibility to protect buyers and maintain the integrity of the marketplace, and I respect that responsibility. However, I believe my case deserves another careful review because I fully cooperated with every request made during the investigation.My account first came under review on May 20, 2026, when I received an MC011 notification informing me that my payouts had been placed on hold pending further verification. eBay requested that I provide proof of delivery for my completed orders, resolve any outstanding buyer issues, and submit documentation showing the source of the inventory I had listed for sale.Immediately after receiving the notification, I worked to satisfy every requirement. Since I primarily used eBay shipping labels, tracking information was already available for my completed shipments, and I confirmed that information as requested. I also resolved the buyer disputes that had been identified and provided the requested supplier documentation and invoices to the best of my ability. When Trust & Safety requested additional documentation, I cooperated again and submitted further information because I genuinely wanted to resolve every concern and continue selling in full compliance with eBay's policies.Unfortunately, despite my cooperation, I later received a notice on June 15, 2026, informing me that my account had been permanently restricted from selling because eBay believed my account activity posed a risk to the marketplace. This was extremely disappointing because I had spent considerable time responding to every request and believed I was demonstrating my willingness to work with eBay throughout the review process.I also want to acknowledge that, prior to the MC011 review, some of my listings had been removed due to policy issues, including an intellectual property rights owner report, a Pesticides Policy violation, and another listing policy violation. Several months earlier, some of my listings had also been temporarily hidden. Looking back, I recognize that I should have exercised greater diligence in reviewing eBay's listing requirements before publishing those items. None of these issues were intentional attempts to violate policy or mislead buyers, and I genuinely regret that they occurred.Throughout my time selling, my intention has always been to operate a legitimate business and provide buyers with a positive experience. When concerns were raised, I responded promptly, resolved buyer issues, provided tracking information, submitted invoices, and complied with every request made by Trust & Safety. I never ignored eBay's communications or refused to cooperate during the review process.I'm not asking anyone to override eBay's policies. Instead, I am respectfully requesting that a moderator determine whether my case can be reviewed once more by the appropriate team. I would sincerely appreciate another opportunity to demonstrate that I understand the policies, have learned from the previous issues, and have implemented stronger compliance procedures for sourcing products, verifying suppliers, and reviewing listings before they are published.If my selling privileges were restored, I would be committed to ensuring every future listing fully complies with eBay's policies, maintaining accurate documentation for all inventory, and continuing to provide excellent service to buyers.
