Request for Manual Review of Permanent Selling Restriction – MC011
Summary: fespor_0 sought advice from the eBay Community about a permanent selling restriction on their account due to insufficient documentation under the MC011 process. They requested guidance for a possible manual review of their case. Responses from various participants were mostly skeptical, highlighting that permanent restrictions are firm and criticizing attempts to evade restrictions by creating new accounts. Some mentioned that eBay doesn't provide manual assistance for permanently suspended accounts and doubted the possibility of lifting such a restriction. One participant noted that while it is challenging, coming back from such a restriction is not entirely impossible, although they acknowledged it as a rare occurrence.
Hello eBay Community,
I’m seeking guidance regarding a permanent selling restriction placed on my eBay account, Juan Andres Videla Solorza, under the MC011 restriction process.
My account was restricted after eBay identified activity that it considered a potential risk to the eBay community. As part of the restriction process, eBay instructed me to provide documentation showing that I had recently purchased the items listed on my account.
I followed eBay’s instructions and submitted the requested purchase documentation for review. However, the documentation was not accepted, and my selling privileges were subsequently permanently restricted. My listings were also removed or ended as part of the restriction.
I understand the importance of eBay’s policies and the need to verify sellers and their inventory. I am fully willing to cooperate with eBay and provide genuine, accurate, current, and legible documentation to address any concerns regarding my account or listed items.
My concern is that I would like to understand what specifically was insufficient with the documentation I previously submitted and whether I can provide additional or corrected documentation for another review.
I would therefore appreciate guidance on how I can request a further manual review of my account and properly address the documentation concerns associated with the MC011 restriction.
I am committed to complying with eBay’s policies and providing any legitimate information required to demonstrate that my account and inventory meet eBay’s requirements.
If an eBay representative can review this case or advise on the appropriate next step for requesting another review, I would greatly appreciate the assistance.
Thank you.

Your best guess is fine.

·3 weeks agoAs you requested and me, being a member of the 'Ebay Community' (as you requested) I have decided that whatever ebay says will remain.
Reviews are not transmissions- Automatic and Manual.
Permanent means Permanent!
Just like in the movie 'A Few Good Men' you can't 'Strongly Object!' in court after your first 'objection' as been overruled.

I request that you quit spamming these boards with this request.

·3 weeks agoOnce you are suspended, starting again with another name is cause for suspension in itself. Your past discussions indicate six previous similar messages, all with different user names. Time to give up.

·3 weeks agoebay isn't even devoting manual assistance for their good standing accounts, they certainly aren't going to provide it for a permanently suspended account

·3 weeks agoComing back from such a restriction is not impossible. I’ve done a little digging before and have found that you can find some that have come back and are selling. That’s not my homework to do though. Just do some simple Google searches on MC 11 restrictions eBay community. Then, for each person complaining of such restriction check to see if he is an active seller. You will see very few cases – it will show you how hard it is to come back from such an eBay decision. Best of luck to you – your chances aren’t good. But it isn’t impossible.

Here you are giving the poor guy false hope of getting his permanent suspension lifted.
Way to go!

·3 weeks agoIt is a nice – it is just the truth. You can go and find a few sellers that didn’t come back from these restrictions. It is so few it will absolutely demonstrate the OP that it is a really hard task. That’s not nice or mean – just the truth.

#2) Permanent means forever.

·3 weeks agoAnd each new account you make, eBay will ban.
Whereever you set up shop next, don't list stuff you don't own and make sure everything you list is legit.
And eBay isn't going to tell you what your documentation lacked. You'd then be able to use AI to create new documents that comply.

·3 weeks ago · EditedEbay representatives aren't here to review your case but I'm going to guess that one of your problems is that you're (claiming to be) registered in the US but you're actually located in another country.
Have you ever read the replies you received to your 6 other threads on various accounts that were also permanently restricted?
