I am looking for guidance regarding my permanently restricted seller account (Username: jorbr_7262).
My account was permanently restricted in 2022 after several policy-related issues occurred while I was still a new seller. One of the primary concerns involved a listing for Pit Viper-style sunglasses that eBay determined could not be verified as authentic. At the time, I believed the products were legitimate, but I understand that I was unable to provide the documentation needed to satisfy eBay's authenticity requirements. I also received additional policy-related listing removals, including a VeRO-related issue, which I now recognize resulted from my lack of experience and understanding of eBay's seller policies.
Since the restriction, I have taken time to review eBay's policies and better understand the importance of product authenticity, intellectual property rights, proper sourcing, and complete documentation. Looking back, I fully understand why these issues were taken seriously, and I accept responsibility for not having the knowledge and documentation required at the time.
Throughout the process, I cooperated with Customer Support and attempted to understand the reasons behind the restriction. I respect eBay's commitment to maintaining a safe marketplace, and I am not trying to dispute that responsibility. I am simply asking whether there is any appropriate avenue for my account to receive one final review based on the corrective actions I have taken and my commitment to full compliance going forward.
If anyone has experienced a similar situation or if a community moderator can advise whether an additional review is possible, I would sincerely appreciate your guidance.
