Hello eBay Community,
I'm hoping a moderator or experienced community member can provide some guidance regarding my permanently suspended eBay account (username: ranaqamar).
My account was suspended because eBay determined that certain activity posed a risk to the marketplace. I completely understand eBay's responsibility to protect the community, and I respect that decision. However, I'm hoping my situation can be reviewed in light of the circumstances surrounding my account.
Before the suspension, I traveled from the United States to Pakistan, where my account was accessed from a different location. At the time, I wasn't aware that allowing someone else to help manage my account or accessing it from another country could create trust and security concerns.
I also listed products from my physical retail store without fully understanding that some of those products might not comply with eBay's marketplace policies. Looking back, I realize I should have taken more time to review the policies before creating those listings.
Since the suspension, I have reflected on these mistakes, carefully reviewed eBay's policies, and gained a much better understanding of my responsibilities as a seller. I have not attempted to create another eBay account or bypass the suspension because I want to resolve this matter properly and in accordance with eBay's procedures.
I'm respectfully asking whether a moderator could review my situation or advise whether my account may be eligible for another review. If given another opportunity, I am fully committed to complying with eBay's policies, ensuring that only compliant products are listed, and maintaining secure access to my account at all times.

·3 weeks agoYou gave yourself away by posting about 2 separate encounters that had permanent bans. Permanent is permanent, new accounts will also be banned. They will not review you.
