I hope you're doing well.
I'm posting here to respectfully ask for the final review to my account situation or advise if there is any possibility of requesting one final manual review of my account.
My eBay account (da36894) was recently permanently suspended. After receiving the notification, I contacted eBay Support by phone to better understand the situation, but I was informed that the decision would remain in place. I completely respect that Trust & Safety decisions are made to protect the marketplace, and I appreciate the responsibility eBay has in maintaining a safe environment for buyers and sellers.
Although I may not fully understand the specific concerns that led to the suspension, I have taken this experience seriously. I have spent time reviewing eBay's Seller Policies and User Agreement to better understand the standards expected of sellers, and I am fully committed to operating in accordance with those policies moving forward.
My goal has always been to build a legitimate business on eBay, and I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to demonstrate that I can be a responsible and trustworthy member of the marketplace.
If there is any possibility for my case to receive one final manual review by the appropriate team, I would be truly grateful. If not, I would greatly appreciate any guidance on whether there are additional steps I can take to address eBay's concerns.

·1 month agoYou can't start up a new account with a different name. That is reason for suspension in itself. There is no way to reverse it, and if you open another account that will be suspended also. It's Ebay's polite way of telling you to move on.

·1 month agoIf they were even actually the OP's accounts. We've seen others post about multiple accounts before that turned out not to appear to have any connection to each other.

·1 month agoPermanent is just that: PERMANENT - it does not mean temporary or that all will be forgiven if you pinky swear, or think you have good enough excuses, or even swear on a stack of Bibles or Korans that in the future you will be "a responsible and trustworthy member of the marketplace."
Sorry... find another online selling venue. You're done here; that's what permanent means.

You needed to be fully committed from the beginning, not after you were caught doing whatever you were doing. Btw, using another user name to get around the suspension is not operating in accordance with those policies

·1 month agoPermanent means permanent......forever. You are wasting your time with this message here. This board consists of sellers and buyers. No ebay management.
You need to move on and look to selling elsewhere.
