I am writing to respectfully request a review of my suspended account. Please find my account details below for identification:

My account was suspended due to a violation of the Counterfeit Item Policy. I fully understand the seriousness of this policy and eBay’s commitment to maintaining a safe and trusted marketplace.
I would like to sincerely state that it was never my intention to list counterfeit or unauthorized items.
The suspension appears to be related to a listing for a nose hair scissors product, which I believed to be a generic and non-branded item at the time. If there was any issue with how the item was described or interpreted, I take full responsibility.
Since the suspension, I have made multiple attempts to contact support. I was informed that an appeal might have been submitted, but I have not received any follow-up or opportunity to provide clarification or supporting information.
I respectfully request a manual review of my account, or guidance on how I may submit additional information or documentation to support my case.
I am fully committed to complying with all eBay policies moving forward and maintaining the standards expected on the platform.
I would greatly appreciate your time and consideration.

You are not allowed to sell on eBay ever again, and no one can or will change that.
Whoever came up with the script you’re using to post this here lied to you. Not only is this not a way to get that kind of support or talk to eBay, but no such option exists. BBE restrictions are automated, objective, and completely permanent. Without exception.

There will be no manual review conducted by anyone in this community since none of us are eBay employees.
We are all eBay sellers and buyers here.
If your suspension is permanent, forget about ANY and all reviews or reinstatements because it’s not going to happen.
And since you saw fit to open another account …it will also be suspended.

If you have not been advised by email of any action you can take, there is none.
No one from Ebay will act on your post on this forum.
