"Report this buyer" on FB page
I recently got a neg and just noticed something I've never seen before on my FB page.
Anyone else seeing this? It's been awhile since I've gotten a neg, so maybe they've been doing this for awhile?

·3 weeks agoI see it in the pic below. I believe it has been there for awhile, but I'm not sure.

OP3 weeks agoNo, I"m not talking about seeing it in that Quick Links location.
It's on the FB page next to the buyer's negative FB.

·3 weeks agoSorry, I don't currently have any so I don't have the link. The one I provided above is the only one I see.

·3 weeks agoIt's been there a while, but only turns up when there's a neg (and possibly a neutral, I can't remember).

·3 weeks ago · EditedYes it's on my 1 neg too, and no I've never seen it before!
I think eBay might finally be realizing that not all buyers are good, especially if the bad ones are costing the company a lot of money. I've noticed they've been doing more to educate sellers on the fact that they can report buyers, and that doing so (in the case of false INAD returns) spares the seller from receiving a strike to their Seller Metrics.
I discovered examples of this just an hour or so ago, in the Help pages. Maybe someone good at using that 'way back machine' could refute or verify, but I don't remember seeing these blue-highlighted panels at the bottoms of these particular policy sections, urging sellers to report buyers.
Or how about this double-down.
How to deal with a false INAD: Report the buyer.
Also: do the return and refund, but also: Report the buyer. 🤣

OP3 weeks agoThis is all good news, as far as I'm concerned.

·3 weeks agoI agree absolutely ..... if it actually IS news, rather than stuff that's been there a long time and we just missed it somehow, ha.

OP3 weeks agoIt suppose it's easy to miss if it only shows up when you get a neg, which we fortunately do not often get.
