Reply to question not showing up in listing
A seller asked a question about my listing. I selected the "show this answer to the community" when I replied.
I don't see the reply when I view my listing, either from my account or an anonymous browser.
It is a good question and I would like other people to be able to see it, and I can't revise my listing because there is already a bid.

In order to see it, you have to go to the listing in question,
click on "ask seller a question" then "other".
You should then be able to see it.

·2 years agoHave you figured this out? Mine is set to "yes" also and I still do not see the questions/replies in the listing.

Go to your Account Settings/Selling/Manage communications with buyers. Shimmy down to 'What your buyer can do' and edit 'See answers to your FAQs' from "No" to "Yes", then Submit. Good luck.
ETA: It might not work in arrears, but it will show your Q&As moving forward.
