Removing Old feedback
Can older feedback be removed? I received Feedback in 2022 during a time where my husband became very sick and died. I have to admit that I did not respond to two buyers, because I was overwhelmed and a bit overwrought with what was going on in my life. Following his death, I decided not to go on eBay for almost 2 years. Now I have a begun listing again, but find the two negative feedbacks I received to be a problem. My feedback before that was very good but anyone looking at my listings see the bad ones when they look at what I have for sale.
How do I deal with this? Unfortunately the Contact Us page doesn’t help.

·2 years agoSorry for your loss. I’m sure it’s been difficult to try to start selling again, but I wouldn’t let the feedback stop you. Purchase a few things to try to get some feedback and start out slow selling a few lower dollar items. You can build good feedback back up to get those off the first page and you will also be back to one hundred percent.

Eventually, as you get more feedbacks for purchases and/or sales, it'll move down the page and onto the next page but it stays on your profile.
