Remove Feedback REQUEST - I DONT WANT TO LEAVE FEEDBACK FOR PEOPLE THAT CANCELED
I have about 10 orders of people that cancelled their preorders with me, or they were bots that just outbid and never paid. I have reported buyers that do not pay, but under the feedback page its still asking me "HOW DID IT GO?"
Well, it went terrible, and I do not want to leave feedback for some fake account, or for someone that backed out of a sale. How do I remove these from my feedback page? Looks like the only option is to give them all positive feedback, so they go away. This is so stupid.

·1 year agoThey'll go away, but I think it takes around 60 days, after feedback can no longer be left.

·1 year agoTo archive you have to scroll to the bottom of the menu to find the link. If you don't, they will age out of the feedback system eventually. I'm not sure how long that takes, maybe 3 months?

·1 year agoHello there. You should be able to archive the item. I go to the Orders tab. Select ALL ORDERS. From the ellipse, hamburger, or 3 dots, (depending on your view of an interface), you should be able to select Archive. For myself, I tend to also block that eBay member from purchasing again. You can find that from the seller hub from the Short Cut block.
