REMINDER: SIO's During Time Away!
If you're planning on a last minute excursion this weekend and will be putting your store on "Time Away", please be aware that handling time for any SIO's you've made within 4-days of switching to Time Away will NOT be extended. In other words, if someone accepts your pre-time away offer even though it's been switched, you will be responsible to ship according to the handling time in your offer. You may need to end your SIO's to prevent late shipment dings.

·1 year ago@chevymontecarlo88 Actually, here's a better way, so you can see them all in 1 place. I thought they took this away, but I found it buried. Note that I still don't know if Automated Offers are included, I would personally, expect them to be.
SH>All Filters>Click Offers & you may have to click the Plus Sign & then click Send Offers - Sent & yet ANOTHER click on See Results (yes, this used to be a 1 click process).

·1 year agoGreat reminder, I learned this one the hard way!
@chevymontecarlo88 do you mean automated offers? Or any SIO's? With a manually sent SIO, you can look at the individual item, select & Review all Offers on the Drop Down from your Actives in SH. If you mean Automated Offers, I don't use those & I would HOPE they are the same, but I have no idea.

@pls-consignments Not sure if you can answer this question.
Is there an easy way to see what offers have been offered and at what amount/time left?
Is there an easy way to cancel current offerings without ending the listing?

OP1 year agoI don't believe so. It appears that they're still working out the bugs in the new Offers feature in the Marketing tab, but no option to end the offer other than ending the listing. They have a lot of work to do yet.
BTW, you can find the active SIO's in Filters in Seller Hub.
