What you need to know

Promoted Stores Custom is designed to give eligible sellers more creative control and help highlight the inventory that matters most to your business. You can now choose both the listings you want to feature in your ads and the exact Store page buyers land on.

How it works

Promoted Stores Custom gives you the flexibility to tailor your ads from start to finish:

Select up to 1,000 listings, including ten featured items to showcase in your ads
Choose a custom landing page option for your Store, such as a sales event page, a curated collection, an influencer-led page, or an eBay Live event page.

Why it matters

This update allows you to take control over your ads, how they look, and where they lead:

Highlight the listings you want buyers to see
Drive traffic to the page that best represents your brand or promotion
Build your brand visibility, promote a special event, or increase Store visits

Next steps

To start using Promoted Stores Custom:

Go to Seller Hub > Advertising > Promoted Stores
Select Promoted Stores Custom during campaign setup
Add your featured listings and landing page

I see they've made SOME changes to promoted stores since I last checked (in December) but I still don't see the "Custom" area you're referring to.

@coloradoreworn I asked in both Chat and Q&A during the last Ads Webinar, and got no answer. And the Community Team gave them my question on Jan 14th, and they still haven't responded. So, go ahead and ask....maybe you'll have better luck!

The change is coming. eBay is rolling it out so not every seller sees it yet.
