Relevant Feedback Is Missing
Feedback "Received As Seller" is supposed to show the items related to the product listed. Somebody goes to see my listing and clicks on FEEDBACK and only two items are showing. This is absolutely ridiculous. Just a little while ago it would show all my sales. Now it doesn't.

·2 years agoOut of the last 35 transactions i have received 6 feedbacks, buyers just do not seem to leave feedback like they did. As long as the ones you do get are positive be happy.

Are you speaking perhaps of the page that looks like this screenshot? If you click on the feedback number here on the boards it goes to the page with the stars we are all used to. In listings, it goes to a new page which only shows three, and you have to click on the see all feedback to go to the regular page. Basically, it is just another step that is annoying.
However, what eBay failed to realize, at least for those three (left by the buyer for the seller) allows us to see what the buyer purchased, where generally we are not allowed to know.
If your seller/buyer has ZERO feedback, you don't get beyond that page, but you can tweak your own feedback URL and get to the page to find out that the lovely ZERO just registered yesterday and is selling a $5000 computer or camera. You can also see the registered country which is not displayed on the "new" annoying page.

OP3 years agoNow it allows us to see what the buyer has purchased, where generally we are not allowed to know. This is just terrible and totally unacceptable. These changes are causing some major problems.

·3 years agoIn the past month you have sold 3 items (plus one more past 30 days). You have received one feedback in the past 30 days as a seller. Sorry to have to be the one to break the news to you but 1 feedback out of 3 sales is about par for the course. In fact for some of us that is better than average. Not everyone leaves feedback. Get used to it.
