Dear eBay Support Team,
Thank you for your message regarding my payout account being placed on hold due to the restriction on my eBay account.

·4 months agoThere is no support team here, We are a forum of sellers that try to help and answer questions for other issues & problems, Matters of accounts & appeals are not handled here.If your account was restricted that is usually permanent.

There's no ebay support team here... we're all buyers and sellers who volunteer on these forums.
We have no powers granted to us to absolve, reinstate, refund, etc. If your account has garnered a permanent restriction, there's nothing to be done. Your ebay selling career is over.

·4 months agoWhat updating was needed? Your feedback page suggests that it has been a long time since you listed anything. If they need your bank account info, be sure that the name on your eBay account is an exact match to that on your bank account. Otherwise please give us a bit more detail on what it was that eBay said was a problem preventing you from selling.

·4 months agoSorry but nobody from EBAY reads these posts. If your account was terminated, that is permanent and there is no coming back from that.
If EBAY owes you money for sold items, you need to wait 6 months and then file a claim with state that you live in get "unclaimed money".
