Refunds
I am unable to get a refund to go through. I am prompted to give a payout option and when I click on it, the screen blanks out and loops right back to the first step.
I have given many refunds in the past without any glitches. I have an active bank account registered with eBay.

·4 months agoBased on what you’re describing, I would try it in another browser, or clear your cache and site data in the browser you’re using.

·4 months agoDo you have enough money in your bank account to cover this refund? If not, you can add your credit card number to your EBAY account as a backup option.
