Refund mistake
I accidentally cancelled the wrong item after payment was made, and after the item had been shipped. The refund happened instantaneously without the ability to reverse course.
I contacted the buyer but haven’t heard back from them. What can I do?

Unfortunately, this will be one of those thing where you will be at the mercy of the buyer. If they don't respond I'm afraid there is not much you can do except look at as a cost of doing business.
Maybe add $1.00 to each item you sell going forward until you recover your loss.
