Refund had already been given
I had two orders for the same item. I called ebay (idk how I got through) and the order was supposed to be cancelled. Now the second buyer is claiming a refund needs to be given.

·2 years agoEBAY does NOT have a phone number for you to call (only scammer). I hope you did not give any personal or banking information when you spoke to "EBAY scammers".
If you cancelled order yourself (customer is automatically refunded). Is it possible you gave money to "scammer on the phone" and now the real customer is demanding a refund?
You can contact "real EBAY agent" by going to Ebay HELP screen and requesting a CALL BACK.

Since there are NO telephone numbers listed for eBay (except scam phone numbers), it is a very good likelihood that you didn't actually talk to ANYONE employed by eBay -- so that order was probably not cancelled.
Did you ship both items -- or only one?
If you shipped both items, you should have individual tracking numbers for each item. If your second buyer has opened up an "item not received" claim against you, you should enter that tracking number in the space provided on the claim.
If you only shipped one item (and the second order was not actually cancelled, as you've been led to believe), you have probably received payment from your second buyer, who needs to be refunded -- particularly if that buyer has opened up an "item not received" case against you.
More clarification might be helpful.

·2 years agoYou don't need to call eBay, plus there is no phone number available for incoming calls.
You need to cancel the orders yourself. You cancel per buyer's request. Or if the buyer didn't request it would be as out of stock. eBay doesn't issue refunds unless a return or case is opened.
