Recieved an order that didn't show up as an order
Last night I got notifications that three of my items sold to the same buyer. When I went to the orders awaiting shipping, only two of the orders showed up. An ebay rep recommended I search for the order by the buyers ID. All three showed up. Has anyone ran into this before? I'm just glad I was paying attention to my notifications or I would have missed shipping one item.

·3 years agoThis happened to me about a year ago but it was for one item. I didn't know it was a sale until buyer reported not shipped/received 30 days later. Ebay suggestion was to cancel the transaction and refund. What? I couldn't even find the transaction much less cancel and refund. Ebay rep gave me the order number to entered and the order popped up. But before Ebay gave me the order number it was nowhere to be found. Ebay said they "took care of it," (whatever that means) and said I wouldn't get dinged. Hasn't happened since.

·3 years agoHave you looked in orders awaiting payment? They may not have paid for all three yet.
