I want a refund! The bottle did look like bottle pictured on the merchandise box. Also, the product expired January 2026, this order was made May 2026. Very deceptive actions on your part!

Equivalent of buying at Best buy in Las Vegas and screaming in the tunnels why your purchased was not as described.

Unless you’re opening an official return request you will get nada.

Perhaps try contacting YOUR SELLER instead of random sellers from the community? We can't do squat.
And if YOUR SELLER doesn't respond, open up an Item Not As Described case and ebay will force them to refund you.

·4 months agoI didn't sell you the bottle, so I'm not refunding you. Try asking the person you bought the bottle from, you'll probably have more luck there.

·4 months agoYou need to go back to the transaction and click "More Action." Then click "Return this Item." "Item not described" Then print out the label and return the item.

·4 months ago@jil9496 Not sure who you are trying to talk to. We are just other buyers and sellers and cannot refund you. If you recieved an item that was not accurately described by a seller, simply go to the order and open a return. You have 30 days from date of delivery to do so. The seller can require you send the item back before refunding you. Let us know if you have any more questions.
