Receiving Western Union Error Message When Trying To List
Hello Everyone. 20+ year seller here with a listing problem. Since yesterday we are having 2 listing issues. 1. We are receiving an error message saying that we are not allowed to accept Western Union. 2. It will not accept any of our images stating the size in under 500 px which they are not. Is anyone else having the same listing problems.

·3 years agoI am addressing #2, as I frequently encounter that problem; it occurred today.
Even when I absolutely know my pic is NOT below 500, this is what works for me.
1-I open my pic file.
2-I right click the pic I wish to resize.
3-I open with PAINT.
4-I left click resize
5-I remove 100 and type 500
6-I close that window and save.
It has worked for many yrs., but, of course, only if one has PAINT.

·3 years agoThe bots that look for forbidden terns are very literal. I have seen a listing for a postcard blocked because the Description mentioned that the image showed a Western Union office. And IIRC a model train lot was blocked because one train line had "Western" in its name and another had "Union."

·3 years agoThanks, that was it - selling book that had a stock chart of Western Union and it was listed in the description, all good now!
