Reason for cancelling

Not that it really matters, I noticed that there is no longer a cancellation reason included with the latest request I got today.

I looked a couple of times and found nothing.

I had a buyer cancellation yesterday. I had to click on "see cancel details" and a buyer comment was there offering a reason. They stated the shipping was too high.

Of course they had no idea what the shipping charges were BEFORE they bought it. *shaking my head*

Can you share a screenshot, with the buyer's details cropped out or covered? I'm curious what it looked like. I usually have to click into the details to see the reason, but I don't recall seeing one without a reason, and we offer Free Returns so it doesn't matter much to us what the reason actually is (except of course we'd prefer it not be an INAD return so our metrics aren't affected).
