Rearranging photos
I am trying to rearrange photos on my listing before I post, but the screen keeps moving while I'm clicking on the photo, so I can't do it. Is it a glitch or what can I do? Thanks for any help you can give.

·5 months agoI've been unable to edit photos on my pc for over a month. I get an error message, please try again. I've reported it to ebay, but it hasn't been fixed. My work around is to open the app on my phone and make the desired changes.

You could attempt to save it as a draft, exit the app and close it, then re-open the app and then resume the listing to see if that will let you work with it.
But yeah, I also use a browser on a PC when doing listings, as I don't like how the app is setup to do listings at all.

OP4 months agoThanks , I did do that and the first few couple of times it was the same thing. Then when I could, it would jump back to the listing page and would havw to start all over again. I think it finally worked.
I agree with you that the pc is the best for listings, but it can have glitches too.

·5 months agoI’ve had trouble similar to this when using the eBay app on either an iPhone or an iPad.
I’ve never had this trouble when rearranging photos while using eBay in a browser.
