Reached monthly monetary limit but have item quantity left - Need advice
Summary: elite_wear_hub has reached their eBay monetary limit of EUR 43,593.88 but still has many items left in their quantity quota, as they sell high-value surgical instruments. They have good seller metrics and are seeking advice on whether eBay will automatically increase their limit or if they should request an increase by using the 'Request to list more' button or by contacting customer support directly.
My current limit is 5,000 items or EUR 43,593.88 per month. I have almost completely reached my monetary limit (only EUR 11.30 is left), but I still have 4,785 items left in my quantity quota. Because my items are high-value surgical instruments, I hit the Euro limit very quickly.
I have good seller metrics, ship on time, and keep my buyers happy. Now, I cannot list any more items because of the price cap.
My questions are:
Will eBay automatically increase my limit since I reached the value cap?
Should I use the "Request to list more" button, or should I contact customer support directly?
