Question on sale & offers. Please assist if possible
Hello,
I am running a sale on my store this weekend. I had a watcher and sent an offer and it was accepted. The buyer reached out and asked why they were unable to apply coupon as well. I think that the eBay system automatically applies only one option(sale or coupon) whichever is better.is this correct,can they use both? If possible I could use some help please. Thank you so much

·3 years ago@shopmyfinderskeepers You're welcome. IF you wish to offer them the discount of both, you can always tell them that you'll refund the coupon amount after they purchase. It's easy to do. Personally, I would not be willing to do it, but that's your own choice.
