Question about removed listing (Vero)
I had a 2003 Zippo Marlboro lighter listing removed. The notice said it was reported by the Vero rights owner but I'm curious whose intellectual property rights were violated and who would have reported it, Zippo or Marlboro. Actually, I was a little surprised because there are thousands of both brands listed everywhere and I didn't know of any bans on either of them.
I really don't care that they removed it; I'll just take it to the mall and sell it. Just trying to understand so I don't do that again.

·4 months agoAll that information is provided to you in the message sent. Correct do not relist this item. Yes you will find thousands of other listings but the only concern is the one you listed. You personally are not allowed to sell the item. There may not be a ban on the item. Maybe a dealer reported you to the company and a representative reported the listing to Ebay. Some items you are required to have a dealers license to sell on a selling platform like Ebay.

·4 months agoIn the email notice there should be a contact email address for the rights owner for you to contact and appeal if you want to. You should be able to know which is it by the address itself.
