Pros Of Seller Hub
I honestly cannot think of any everyday use for the new format, it seems to be unecessary widgets all over the place, loads of metrics if that's your thing. Recently, went back to the regular one. Sellers, can you chime in on some everyday, practical scenarios for that dashboard?

OP1 year agoPretty good article post. Obviously to get all the bells & whistles for this page's features one has to be on a PC. As I split time from the mobile app and the desktop am really not getting the most of these new features.

·1 year agoAre you talking about trying to learn the entire Seller Hub. I know that can be a bit overwhelming at first, but if you are going to sell on a regular basis, you will find it extremely helpful.
The tiles on the Hub can be customize to the order in which you want to use them the most. On the right side just above the tiles is a Customize button. You just drag the tiles to whatever order you want.
For me, my first row is Listings, Orders and then Seller Level also known as the Seller Dashboard.
The seller dashboard is something you should keep a close eye on as it tells you if you are having a problem in any area so you can be proactive before it becomes a real serious problem.
Under the Payment tab you can see all the details about your money in Ebay.
Take a look at this link. Read them carefully, they should help. Just learn the basics, don't worry about the other stuff. That will come in time.

Once again ebay in it's infinite wisdom was given something two official names.
We have been going to the 'sellers dashboard' by the two click method - first on our feedback and then the 'View seller dashboard' link in the 'Member Quick Links' box. We did notice the 'seller level' link on the Performance drop down list but never clicked on it. We will now. We had even tried customizing the seller hub overview page but no dashboard box/tile on the list.
You have made a tiny but importation part of ebay one click easier.

I'm very glad I could help you.
Look at this screen shot below. Notice on the upper right side the word "Customize". Click on that and you can move your Tiles around to be in whatever order works best for you. Also notice the box in my first row on the way I have my seller Hub set up. It is the Seller Level, that is also the Seller Dashboard.
As for getting to your Seller Hub. This is a really easy way. From your My Ebay icon on the upper right side of the Ebay screens [except in the Community], hover over it so the Menu shows up. Select Selling and it should take you right to your Seller Hub.

·1 year agoI do like the seller hub and have used it since the beginning BUT somehow I NOW cannot find the items with bids on it.. Can you help??? I have made the comment that it seems to have disappeared. Also this last "upgrade" it no longer tells you the amount of money you have on bids at that time. That used to be on the first page too. Again can you help??? TIA

·1 year agoThis is a common problem with this new Listing Tile. All the info is still there, you just have to do several clicks to get there. We have many complaints supplied to Ebay on this thing. It is a very bad design and is causing extra work by the sellers that is completely unnecessary. Especially for sellers running auctions.
I'm going to phone a friend to answer this for you as I can't give you a step by step to get there since I don't have any auctions. But you do click on Active listings and then you have to sort that report in a way that gives you the auctions you are running.

My listing tile has not changed in years on Seller Hub and if it did I would be requesting a call back ASAP to tell them to get it off my page ... in a nice professional manner LOL!.
It still shows the total dollar value of items with bids ... just did this screen to post here:

You have to go to the Active Listings page and then use filters for what you used to be able to see at a glance. 😞 Even then I really don't understand how to see all of the information we USED to have.

·1 year agoThank you for stopping in. For some the Listing Tile in the Seller Hub has changed and made it very difficult for sellers with auctions to find those listing.

·1 year agoJust had to explore the new seller hub to find a few auctions I listed today and found;
Click "listings" at the top---click "all filters" at the top of that page--click "pricing format" at right--then click "auction"
That will show you your auction format listings
Don't know if there is a dollar amount shown on that page, I just listed and auctions have no bids
