You know dropshipping from Amazon and other retail sites is not allowed on Ebay.
With the growth in 3PL and Amazon FBA it is getting more and more difficult to tell if a seller is actually drop shipping or is utilizing one of those services. This may become an ever increasing problem for eBay in the identification and separation of those sellers that are utilizing one of those services and those that are truly drop shipping.
Just a SWAG on my part but wouldn't think eBay wouldn't refund a nickle. eBay clearly spells out their policies on the 3 PLs they offer. Gotta' read and understand what you sign up for.
It looks like you entered in to the promotion where you pay every time someone clicks your listing, whether it sells or not. YIKES. If that is not what you wanted, be sure to edit all your listings to cancel this promotion on your items. You can try to communicate with eBay by clicking Help & Contact, to get a call back from them, to explain that you didn't understand this promotion, to see if they will do a one-time refund of these charges. Might work, might not. Good luck.

·2 years agoThanks for that info.
I stand corrected.
Since I don't use it, i'm PL challenged.

·2 years agoYou're charged if/when they sell, not up front.
If you changed your mind, just end your listing(s).
