PROMOTION FEE'S
I have been on EBAY for over 25 years and never anything like this...I list some items for $180 and after Final Value fee $24.25 they had a Promo Fee $21.60 That I used BUT 3 days later hit me with ANOTHER $30.00 Promo fee for . So I sold it for $180 and only got $97.80 Basically 1/2 Thats a RIP OFF and if I dispute it and they say I lose it will be another $20 Dispute Loss Fee.....I,m DONE WITH EBAY...I sold $114,000 worth of stuff on FB MARKETPLACE in the last 3 years and never was charged 1 dime...I do not see any reason to ever use EBAY AGAIN..I WANT MY $30 BACK !!!

·1 year agoIf you want to contact Ebay to ask what that $30 fee is for, here are your options.
*************************************************
On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://www.facebook.com/ebay
https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/
Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

"... they had a Promo Fee $21.60..." THEY did NOT have a Promo fee of $21.60, YOU decided and chose to add that rate of additional fees to your sales via the PL program.
Are you just using the Promotion Listing program or one of the more hybrid forms of promoted listings.
"... if I dispute it and they say I lose it will be another $20 Dispute Loss Fee..." WHAT? There is no such fee for asking Ebay what another fee is about on your account. You are confusing two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT things.
There is a $20 dispute fee IF you had a Chargeback that you were trying to fight but lost in the end. Then the $20 fee applies.
