Promoted Listings charge 4 days late

It's the first time it's happened to me, but I have -0.49 on my account due to being charged for Promoted Listings on an item I sold 4 days ago that originally was not a PL sale. Hopefully I'll sell something soon to cover it, but it's been very slow. If I don't soon, how long would I have to pay it?
I read this can happen when eBay's system has delays. If that's what's happened here, I thought I'd give a heads up. From what I read, it sounds like it's a real pain for those that manually record keep their sales.

I see the same every once in awhile with a delayed PL charge.

You can go into your Site Preferences and attach a credit card to your seller account as a backup payment method to eBay to cover such expenses.
