Promoted Listings Campaign not adding all new items
I have a promoted listings campaign that Ive had running for a while. It is set to run continuous (no end date). All of my listings should be (and have been) added to it automatically.
"Your campaign will automatically include listings in all categories priced all prices from all brands that are all conditions."
But the last few days it isnt adding all of my new listings to it. It will add some but not all. I cannot figure out why. There are 38 items that are not being promoted, starting January 7th. Is there a glitch? I cant even promote them manually - when I try it tells me "This listing has been added to a campaign using rule-based listing selection."
Has anyone else into this? Any solutions?

·8 months agoThat is the number of listings that have been 'clicked/viewed and therefore charged'.
Ebay just says it wrong 'Items in this campaign" when it SHOULD say 'items that have been viewed/clicked'.
How do I know?
Because I just started 2 days ago. I Have 552 items.
1st day it showed 14 items 'in campaign' and when I viewed the items, they had 'clicks'.
14 items with clicks. 14 items 'in campaign.
Next day 32 (both state 'In Campaign' and also showed 32 that were clicked)
Later same day 44 same/same
Today 52- same/same.
Not all your items will be interesting enough for a 'google' peruser to click on it.
Not all your items will be on the 1st page of Google. Some might be on the 42nd page and nobody will ever see it.
(using 'google' as an example and probably the most used (also check 'bing' and ads on MSN, Yahoo, your email on the side, games you play etc.)

I just started a new promotion. Ended the existing one, added everything to the new one and more than half are not included. I have updated etc..this has happened before but sifts out within 30 minutes and everything will have the discount. Frustrating.
