They didn't last long.

·2 years agoWe don't know if Ebay NARU'd them or if they closed the account themselves. It could be either way but we have no way of knowing.

You may need some assistance in understanding the differences between the types of Return policies sellers can have.
While you have a 14 day Return policy you need to keep in mind that you have to adhere to the protections offered to buyers in the MBG / Money Back Guarantee. Which means that for the category you sell in, buyers will be able to file a Request for Return for damage or not as described and you will need to process it if filed within 30 days of receipt of the item if received by the ETA on the sales order.
It is a good thing to really know and understand the MBG as it will play an important part for you as a seller.

·2 years agoThe OP is doing exactly what they should be doing per the rules. It is a requirement for sellers to have the location on their listings to be the place the item/s is/are shipping from.
The seller's account is set up with an Egypt primary address. The seller has not shared if they are actually located currently. Likely however they are drop shipping, which is not unusual.

Location probably really means nothing in this case since these are digitally delivered items. They could have put the South Pole and it would have made little difference. They sell worldwide and probably why the shipping is free regardless of where the buyer is located.

Looks like they removed that listing...or eBay did. Lots of red flags in those listings. Also states items are located in Denver. OP is in Egypt.

Yea this seller has a number of issues to work through otherwise they are going to get perm suspended. They also have 14 day returns on the listings?? How does one manage that with a digital item?

Doesn't ebay have an option in preferences allowing to block buyers with 0 FB? I think there was such a thing in the past.

No and to the best of my knowledge there never was one. Everybody starts at 0 buyers and sellers alike.

3 more listings of the same today. DDG. Now they don't accept returns. 🙄
mam98031
·2 years agoThey must have edited the listings as currently it says 14 day return policy.

O well we tried to warn them, who knows maybe they are approved to sell the DDG's but I really don't expect this seller to last long before they are suspended forever.

As suspected they didn't last long. OP is now NARU.

That policy never existed nor would it be a policy Ebay would even consider IMHO. It would be a horrible business move. It would tell new buyers that they aren't wanted here. Many complain about sales or the lack thereof. If you don't allow new buyers, how would you expect that to change.
What about new sellers? Would they not be allowed to sell?

You are located in Egypt. Do you mean your account is inactive? Have you signed up for managed payments with Payoneer yet, so that you can be paid? If not here's a link to get you started:

Once you set up your account with a bank account, you should be able to sell. Make sure all info is identical on both your eBay account & bank account. Same name, address, phone number, etc.
Good luck once you are all set up. Happy Selling.
