Product 'sold' cleared back down to 0/ refreshed?
Hi,
I sell football stickers and as such need to 'revise' my eBay listing almost multiple times a day to accurately update my stock count for possible buyers. Within my listing, I have 'variations' set up which again normally refreshes the quantity to 10 as i can sell up to 100 a day. However, yesterday I deleted a few columns as they weren't generating enough sales and updated the listing as normal. Now when I click on my listing rather than 103 sold in red it's gone back down to 1. I've had no sales today and the more you sell the higher your listing is and more trust you get from new buyers. any help is appreciated please.- also note the item number is still the same..

·2 years agoYes, that is how it would work if you delete a line item from your Variation Listing. The sales for that line item disappear from the listing too. At least that is how it has always worked for me.
To avoid that, just take the inventory count for the line item to zero. That would then leave all the sales attached to the account while you are OOS on that particular line item.
