Product Research: Sorting by Date (Recent)
When doing Product Research, there isn't one "recent" sorting:
For "Sold" the sorting is -datelastsold , from the URL.
For "Active" the sorting is -startDate , from the URL.
Why are these two separate things? It makes it so I have to manually sort-by-date if I refresh / open the url later (original message was that it was every time you switch, which isn't true, only on refresh, which also makes the behavior weird, because THAT is kept track of and respected).

·10 months agoSpeculating here of course but it's a gigantic site, it's a 30yr old codebase, and Product Research used to be Terapeak before (and for a short while after) eBay acquired it, which was its own behemoth. In some ways it's kind of a wonder there aren't actually more glitches that happen here but I digress. I'd imagine that minor idiosyncrasies (relatively speaking) in an otherwise mostly functional part of the site would be quite low on the priority list. Just a guess though.
