Problems with Variation Listings

This morning when I try to create a silverware Variations Listing I’m not getting any options for type of silverware (knife, fork, spoon) Only showing things like material, item length, I’ve tried everything I can think of. Googled the issue and was told to use web site (did that) and to click on 3 dots in upper rt corner for “hidden options”. But there are no 3 dots. HELP

Forgot to mention, after you get "blank page" you should immediately click on "create variations".

Normally when I create listing with variations I use "blank page" and immediately "create variations".

If you fill in "title line" first EBAY bots will assume you are listing a single item and prompt you to fill in information.
