Problems with Ebay
Need help because another seller sold item I wanted for my personal collection & I bought it. Then it took the seller 2wks to ship. Then I never received the item. I waited for 4 wks from order. Finaly after much research it shows they requested the item be rerouted back to them & they never issued me my refund because they lied & told Ebay I refused my package but I never even got a chance to receive it! Anyone ever deal with this ??

·3 years agoYou have eBay’s Money back guarantee if you haven’t received your item by the last estimated date of delivery. You have 30 days to file an item not received case. Returns, items not received and refunds for buyers
If too much time has passed you can file a payment dispute through PayPal if that is how you paid, you have 180 days to file. You can also file with your credit card if you didn’t pay through PayPal.
