Problems as new seller trying to add a second package to get another tracking number.
Problems adding additional package to item sold one day after getting my initial tracking number and label for my sold item. The AI has been no help and I cannot seem to find anyway to do this to get the prompt to add size and weight of second package.

·3 weeks agoJust go to the same place to purchase a label that you did before. It'll say you've already purchased a label, to make sure you're not accidentally buying one you don't need, but you just change the size and weight there and purchase another one. It should automatically add it to the order so it'll show both. You can buy up to 5 labels for one order on eBay.
