Hello,
I have a problem. I resolved the issue with the buyer (I sent him a partial refund). The buyer gave me positive feedback. But my money for the sold item is still blocked!
What can I do?

We need more details. We need to know:

How you issued the refund
When you issued the refund
What you mean by "money is blocked" (i.e. are the fundst on hold, or are payouts not happening?)
Anything else relevant

When I had that issue EBAY held the payment until resolved. They refunded the buyer from my account and closed the issue. I hope you did not send the refund from outside funds. If the refund was through EBAY they may take that amount again from your account before closing it.

Youâ€™ll have to wait until the hold is released by eBay. Itâ€™s not based on receiving feedback or anything the buyer can do.
