hi, this may be already known to everyone , but just in case.
I was under the impression that we could only look back to 3 years of sales info.
I miss the old days when i used the turbolister to keep an all time record of of my items sold.
Recently, I was playing around with the ebay transaction reports available for download. I was able to download yearly orders one year at a time all the way back to Jan 2020. Heres what I did. First I selected jan 1 to dec 31 of year 2025 . Then I selected only to download the orders. I downloaded the file as a csv. I was able to do this for each year going back to 2020. I then used chatgpt and instructed it to import the 6 csv files i attached into a excel spreadsheet sorted by date. ..and so on. chatgpt literally did the work for me in less than a minute. I now have a excel spreadsheet with every single order going back to jan 1 2020. I instructed chatgpt to only show specific columns. This is super useful to me when i'm trying to determine whether an item was actually sold. YMMV.
