Presale violation
I received a policy violation on a presale listing. However, all required information is present in the listing. Presale in title. Another note of presale item with expected date of delivery in description. Handling time set to 40 business days. Expected delivery as stated in description is within that 40 days. I clearly state I ship same day I receive the item. No violations that I can see. Since this was a user report is there a way to report these false reports? Not sure how I am supposed to revise a listing that does not violate the presale policy without getting reported again. All the information will be the same.
