Potential customer in Germany is unable to buy.
I received a note from a potential customer in Germany that they have been unable to buy an item that I have listed. I have sold items to customers in Italy, England, Canada, Australia and other countries. This customer has said he has bought items from others in the US on eBay. Is there a setting or procedure that I need to enable to sell merchandise to this person in Germany. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

·8 months agoThere might be an issue with the customer rather than anything on your side, If you are able to sell to the other countries, I see no reason you can't sell to them unless there is some sort of restriction in their country on the type of item they wish to purchase.

·8 months agoWhat is the item that this buyer is trying to purchase? There could be a restriction on the item they are attempting to buy from you. You do have items listed which could be blocked to Germany. Lets just say publications & images are on the list.
