·9 months agoYes there is a second chance offer as qeqo_o explained, That is your best option it gives the next person a chance to purchase the item at that price, I don't think there is any other way.

How to make a Second Chance Offer

We’ll send the bidders you selected an email; it’s their choice whether to accept the offer. Your offer expires if the bidder doesn’t respond within the duration you chose.
You could still try if your aloud, and try to find a no-defect way to cancel the relist e.g. no longer available.

·9 months agoIf those buyers have the item in their watch list they will see the item has been relisted.
Otherwise, no there isn’t a way to notify buyers that you relisted.

·9 months agoNo there is not a way to notify past bidders that the last buyer failed to pay and your item is relisted.
