Post Office trying to ship the item to a different location... I ended up refunding the buyer | Selling

First time this has happened to me in my 20 plus years of selling on eBay. I printed a USPS label and send the item out over 2 weeks ago. Some reason the post office is on its 2nd attempt trying to deliver and item in Michigan, even though the label clearly shows Florida. Buyer was the one who brought this up, I know that I eventually have to refund the buyer so I just ended up refunding what he paid. I asked him that if it eventually shows up to his address if he can let me know so I can send him a return label, I doubt he will let me know but knowing eBay the seller will eat the cost of the mistake of USPS. **bleep** that they tell you, you should have gotten insurance, not really to protect you but the buyer. eBay is all about the buyer and sellers have to just eat this as a cost of doing business.
